The Best team ever!!!
We had our roof replaced in just 1 day and a half instead of 2 weeks as initially scheduled. Jesse, the Project Manager, arranged everything for our roof to be replaced in the shortest time due to my family issues that required us to travel overseas urgently. He and his team had made an excellent job with high professionalism, responsibilities and flexibility. We’re so grateful for their help and supports that amazed us and our neighbours. Great Roofing Company - highly recommend them!
I recently hired remember me roofing to replace my roof. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish and can only highly recommend them. They immediately got in touch when I requested a quote and set everything up shortly thereafter. Jordan (the sales rep on my case) came over and was very well prepared with imaging, suggestions, samples and all sorts of information. I originally was thinking about a steel roof, but decided to go with architectural shingles (I live in a middle unit townhome). Jordan gave his honest feedback according to my needs and future plans with the property and I cannot appreciate the honest feedback he provided enough (which seems to become a rarer and rarer quality these days as extra bucks are preferred over long-term relationships). Once the shingle was chosen our dedicated project manager Jesse took over. He did an excellent job managing every aspect from start to finish keeping us posted along the way. Last but not least I must thank John and his crew. They all were excellent from the get-go and did a fantastic job. They were very friendly and professional. They not only did a great job on the roof, but also all other aspects including clean-up and so forth. they finished late in the evening and even took the time to come back during their lunch break the following day to make sure no roofing nails etc. were lying around because by the end there was no daylight left. I can only praise Remember Roofing and will def hire them again should i have roofing needs in the future.

Remember Me did my townhouse roof this week and did a great job! 2 days and a bit of a 3rd from start to finish. They cleaned everything up including some debris that made it's way onto the deck at the back of the house without any prompting to do so. The crew were professional and friendly, even going so far as to remove a satellite dish and secure some loose window flashing I could not get to otherwise. Make sure you ask for ask for Jesse Bergeron when it's time to do your roof! Ken Glofcheskie was the sales rep I dealt with also and he was fast with clear responses and courteous as well, all around good company to deal with!

My neighbour had gutter guards installed today. We are in a townhouse row. I asked the two crew of Remember me Roofing if the could see how clogged my gutters were as i am afraid of heights and was unable get up that high. They then took the leaf blower up and cleared my gutters. I had no cash to pay them but offered a Tim card i had. They refused to take it and said it’s okay to accept a good deed!
I was very impressed. I will be telling my landlord all about Remember me Roofing!

While we won't forget Remember Me Roofing we would not use them again in the future. The quote process was very smooth and the knowledge and professionalism of Jordan convinced us to go with this company for our roof replacement, but the positive experience ended there. When we ran into issues the communication was very poor with the project manager Jesse, who we never saw or met in person, and had to escalate to the owner to get any resolution. We were left with a big mess and while someone was sent back to clean up after complaining we still had to clean our neighbour's driveway and our yard in the meantime to prevent damage to vehicles and pets. There was no real acknowledgement that we did not receive the experience we were promised. I understand mistakes can happen but the way it was handled left a lot to be desired.

I can't praise these guys enough -- from the get go this was an extremely professionally done job!

First off, Jordan is an incredible professional to work with -- showed up when he said he would, timely quote, just a pleasure to work with. He made the initial set up process as easy as possible.

Then Jesse, our project manager, has just been a gem. Excellent communication, immediate responses, follow up on issues that arose. Our slanted driveway got scratched up when materials got delivered -- the immediate response was "yup, we're on it, we'll have a company out to fix and re-seal within the week". Wow.

The actual work, again, extremely professional. Our rather large roof was done in a single day by a crew of 5 guys, who came in and out with not a nail in sight -- we have dogs so nails are always an issue. Everything was cleaned up and done in 24 hours -- incredible!

Great experience with Remember Me Roofing. I had about 4 shingles missing near the ridge of my roof. Rusty, the service manager, was very quick to respond and schedule the repair, and Ben, the technician, was knowledgeable and thorough. They provided photos of the repair and even replaced a couple of extra deteriorated shingles over the garage roof without hesitation. Prompt, professional, and highly recommended!

Excellent company! Did not charge me more than the estimate. It took them four days to do my roof. I have a big bungalow with lots of different peaks for cathedral ceilings. There is also a huge loft on the second floor, also with a cathedral. It was a difficult job and they did a fantastic one.

I just had Remember Me Roofing do my roof and a few neighbours.
As i am from Scotland and worked for a Foundation Construction House Builder as a draftsperson for 7 years i know a thing or to about roofs. The team that Jesse the coordinator for the company has working for him are such nice guys. Polite to the customers, will go over and above to make sure there work is up to the best standard they can. What workers would work from 7 am to 8.30 pm. to make sure that it is done well. These guy's do. not have to go to this time as the company is a 7 to 5 schedule.
But with Jesse and the guy's working together it's not boss and crew but family. I have no hesitation in recommending them to any one that has to get there roof replaced.

The team we needed! I had seen a RMR trailer in front of a neighbours' place, and contacted the company via their website as we needed to replace our roof. Ken came out for a consultation and gave us the (reasonably priced) estimate and Jesse was our project manager. They were both knowledgeable and amicable, kept us updated throughout the process and answered every question we had. The crew was set back halfway through the job due to November darkness and rain, but got it done ASAP once the weather cleared up! A minor damage was caused to our nextdoor neighbours' property during the work, for which RMR quickly apologised and promptly worked on a solution that suited our neighbours.

What a great experience. From the inspection through the quote process to the hands on labour Remember Me Roofing made the project as painless as possible. It started with a walk around the outside of the house with some closer inspection of the soffits and fascia and the roof overall, using ladders and getting up on the roof by Jordan the inspector. Every question I had was met with a respectful, knowledgeable answer that left me feeling that my house was in good hands. He followed promptly with an emailed quote with all the necessary details that seemed reasonable for the job. I then got an email about the potential start date with another email close to the that time to confirm that it worked with my schedule. The work crew consisting of Chris P, Carlos, Esteban and Luis arrived on time as scheduled and were friendly, courteous and skilled. Even my neighbors commented on how professional, safety conscious and hard working the team was. They were respectful of the area they worked in and left the place clean of any debris and very tidy both daily, after working and when the whole job was done. My soffits and fascia look lovely, all the eves trough was reinstalled and look good as new. Thank-you for a job well done. I will be calling Remember Me Roofing first for any future roofing needs.

After the storm in May of 2022, I decided to replace my roof. I was going to replace it in 2024 but decided to move up a new roof for piece of mind. I usually call and get 3 quotes for a new project but I had a feeling that roofers were going to be be busy this year so I called 7 roofers based on reviews and friend recommendations. When I called Remember Me Roofing to set up an appointment to get a quote, I had to wait 3 weeks to get someone out to see my house. That didn't surprise me as I knew they would be busy after the storm. Jordan from Remember Me Roofing showed up on time and presented with me with an excellent package of information on roofing materiel as well as my quote. He was also only 1 of 2 companies out of the seven I called to actually go up on my roof at the time of the quote to actually see the condition of my roof. That impressed me greatly. After reviewing all my quotes, I decided to go with Remember Me Roofing. When the crew showed up to replace my roof, they were clean, quite and fast and no loud music to drive my neighbours nuts. The finished product looks amazing and I am exactly happy with the result. one other thing, they actually have an office you can visit and actually talk to a real person. Remember Me Roofing is not a "Chuck in a truck" operation. I went with GAF for my roof, Remember Me Roofing is a GAF Master Elite Contractor, which means you get a better warranty from GAF when Remember Me Roofing installs or replaces your roof. All in all a good experience and would use them again.
